DESCRIPTION:WTGN will host a special event on Saturday\, September 27\, as the long-running radio drama Unshackled! is recorded live at Lima Community Church\, 2945 N. Cole Street. \nThe evening will feature a live dramatization of the personal testimony of Ben Budde\, co-host of WTGN’s Rise and Shine with Ben and Linda. His story will be presented by professional actors with live sound effects and original music\, in the style of classic radio theater. \nDoors open at 6:00 p.m.\, and the program will begin at 7:00 p.m. \nUnshackled! is produced by Pacific Garden Mission\, a homeless shelter and ministry based in Chicago. Since 1950\, the program has shared real-life stories of individuals whose lives have been changed by Jesus Christ. Now celebrating 75 years\, Unshackled! is the world’s longest-running radio drama\, heard on thousands of stations around the world in multiple languages.
