The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for offloading administrative tasks from the CEO, Operations Manger, and Support Services Manager. You will be assisting with managing the office, taking on miscellaneous projects, answering phones, checking in computer repairs, monthly invoicing, general office work, etc.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to work effectively with our team and our Clients (at all levels), remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. Savvy with Excel and basic understanding of debits and credits and how important it is to keep costs and sales in the same month. Results oriented and a problem-solver: persistent, adaptable, precise and accurate, attentive to detail, organized, persuasive, and optimistic Capable of uncovering issues and identifying areas that need improvement then recommending and executing changes (in procedures, products, service, or billing methods etc.)Able to work effectively and independently, prioritize tasks, take responsibility for quality/accuracy of work, and bring projects to closure without much direction Driven to continuously learn and improve!

EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Organized and detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously. Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written - proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills required no tolerance to typos, etc. Basic problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines. Willingness to develop professionally. Ability to work with little supervision. Willingness to work after hours and weekends (seldom)Ability to type 40+ WPM (words per minute)Ability to work with Excel tables for reconciling billing - (pivot tables do not scare you)Ability to work with Word - (know how to run a mail merge)Ability to work with QuickBooks, sending invoices - researching credit card transactions1+ years' experience in Administration and/or Customer Services is recommended.
