Progress Professional Counseling, LLC

Progress | Professional Counseling, LLC, is a private, faith-based, clinical counseling practice in Wapakoneta, Ohio, seeking Licensed Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, and Psychologists to join our growing team of passionate and experienced professionals who consistently strive for excellence in service. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Master's Degree and active LPC/LSW/LPCC/LISW credentials with the Ohio CSWMFT Board, and/or doctoral level education (e.g., PsyD, PhD) in a related field with relevant Ohio licensure. Clinical supervision is available for dependent licensees.


* Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evidence-based treatment to individuals, couples, and families with behavioral health and substance use conditions; experience or interest in working with youth and adults preferred

* Maintain ethical record-keeping according to industry standards in a timely manner

* Assist patient with intake procedures, scheduling appointments, and payment when applicable

* Proficiency in adapting evidence-based treatments to unique clinical needs

* Develop and maintain relationships with other agencies and programs to advance critical community partnerships

Minimum Qualifications:

* Align with Progress’s vision, mission, and high standard of care

* Practicing a personal faith and motivated to integrate Christian principles and values during therapy as requested by the patient

* Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a related field; and active, unrestricted license (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW) in the state of Ohio; and/or doctoral level education (e.g., PsyD, PhD) in a related field with relevant Ohio licensure

* Available to provide at least 20 psychotherapy sessions weekly with a flexible schedule for patient needs

* Experience and training in evidence-based treatment models (e.g., CBT, DBT)

* Experience, training, or interest in working with all ages, individuals, couples, families

* Able to work independently on tasks or collaboratively

Job Type: Full Time

Hours: 20-40 service hours per week

Days of the week: Monday thru Friday

Pay Range: $46.00 to $82.00 per service hour
