Founded on the core truth that God owns everything, CFR exists to manage everything for God through sacred trust, strategic stewardship, and strong partnerships.

Since its incorporation in Florida on July 3, 1980, CFR has remained a Christ-centered, not-for-profit organization with a singular mission: to empower churches and ministries by providing the financial resources necessary to fulfill the Great Commission.

CFR's story began when visionary leaders came together with a shared burden — churches across the state were struggling to secure funding for vital growth projects. From that meeting, CFR was born as a ministry partner to help churches finance land purchases, new worship centers, family life spaces, schools, and more.

Today, CFR continues to walk alongside the Body of Christ, helping ministries thrive and transforming lives through faith-driven financial solutions.
